Are IGK products sulfate-free and color-safe?

Yes, all IGK products are formulated without sulfates (SLS or SLES), parabens, and mineral oil. They are specifically designed to be safe for color-treated, chemically treated, and keratin-treated hair.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring IGK products to more countries in the near future.

Are IGK products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. IGK is a 100% cruelty-free brand. All of our products are vegan-friendly and we do not test on animals at any stage of product development.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
